Online CNA Approval

So here is the type for the Online CNA Approval scan I sent:

Please review all days and modules listed in LMS and correct/revise accordingly. 

• We are unable to determine the location of data/ statistical reports in LMS. Per AFL 20-89-1 the online NATP must collect, and have available for CDPH to access, statistics about the performance of trainees in the program including, but not limited to: 

• Student time spent on each course module, Clinical 

• The grades of each student per module, 108 

• The rate at which students repeat each course module,

• Average certification examination passage rate (over a 2-year period), 

• Test and overall course pass/fail rate. 

8. WEBSITE FINDINGS 66 the M 128 mi + Still listed on CNA curriculum objectives Program hours are listed a6176 hours. These hours do not match the hours listed on CDPH E276B.

• You have listed the clinical cities that are not submitted to us. 

Please only list the cities that you have submitted to us and are currently under review. 

• You have listed hybrid and blended course on the website. CDPH does not recognize or approve hybrid or blended course. Please revise. - sunder riBenefits 

• You have listed that CNA's participate in nursing process. 

Please clarify what its assessment (gathering date such a S means for the CNAs. ~ clarify the following requirements are not listed on the website. 

Please update the vitals website to include these: _ Pain 

• Technology hardware and software requirements for students to levels access and complete the program, such as a computer, minimum operating systems, and webcam.

• Please clarify if the RN Program Director will be teaching on a full-time or substitute as needed basis. If it is the former, please submit a plan and documentation on how instructor monitoring will be done since the RNPD is also teaching. ( As Nedeed)
